Handgun Use and Safety

Class Details

This (approximately) two hour course introduces the student to the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. The student will learn pistol parts and operation, ammunition, gun safety and basic shooting techniques.

This is the ideal course for new owners or those considering the purchase of a handgun. Students who attend this course will have the fundamental skills needed to complete the Texas LTC course and other training opportunities that Hold the Line offers.

Although this is a group setting, private instruction of the same information is available.
